Service Announcement: :latest is now Java 17 #33

With the release of version 6.2.0 of existdb, the development branch was also bumped to the next major version and to use java 17.

This means that as of 05.02.2023

:latest and its cognates (:debug, :nonroot) no longer come in Java 11 on an ongoing basis. Theses ship as J17 only from now on.
:release and its cognates (:6.2.0-debug , :release-nonroot, … ) continue as usual as java 11 by default, or java 8 as signalled by -j8 as part of the docker tag.
Once exist v 7.0.0 comes out, there will no longer be ongoing releases using java 8, or java 11.
