We have installed redmine 0.8.7 on centos 5 with my effort plugin.

Server is located in Germany and has timezone +1. I have a user with time zone +2.

I noticed that when i start time of for an issue at 12:51 ( +2 timezone ), i stopped work on this issue at 14:20 and the collected work time was 2.4. This is not the correct time and i think this difference comes from different time zones.

I will be happy if someone check this and if this is the real problem to give us a way to solve this. Thanks in advanced!
