If haven't any new tabs show alert to open new tabs when tap Bookmark all button [TabView]

Steps to reproduce

• Open TabView
• Tap Bookmark all button
• Now showing alert, Tap Bookmark
• Once again tap Bookmark all button
• Now haven't any new tabs but still going the same way of adding new bookmark way
• Then showing added new tab

Expected behavior

• If all tabs are bookmarked, when tap another time bookmark then tap bookmark in alert, show alert to open new Tab.

Actual behavior

• Although if no tab is there going the same way of adding new bookmark way
