If VLC is skipping channels without playing them, it could be due to header conflicts. VLC may have certain headers set in its preferences, which can override those specified in the playlist. This is common with headers like User-Agent or Referer. Check the 'Edit Options' field for any global headers, and if you find them, remove those headers and reload the playlist.
That made it work thanks. Also I noticed for tvapp which you already spoke about refresing every few hours. For this do you also have to update every few hours because I wanted to use a iptveditor to edit the channels and just catergorize them the way I want.
I noticed with thetvapp once I sync everything then i get duplicate channels since technically the token is different. Is this the same case for this?
In your experience is there any solution I can use to edit the tvapp channels to my own liking but also keeping the format on every sync? I know if I really wanted to do this I would probably have to create my own script to follow the tokens the way you do but other than that you do not know if there is a way to keep track of this while keeping the same format on sync?
I opened the vlc url in VLC and to be honest it keeps just going to the next channel but never actually playing it.
Any work arounds?
