Pour les utilisateurs avec un compte.
Notifications push "reminders"
Avoir des notifications selon certains événements.

TODO :

: Reminder après un certain temps sans s'être connecté (lastConnexionDate ?)
: Reminder après energie rechargé ?

Certains reminders ont pas forcément besoin d'être push.

On met en push que les notifs que l'ont pas prevoir (hard coder), par exemple si ya une nouvelle maj ou un événement.
