Have the UI get the user to spin the flywheel up to 900RPM, then let it spin down to 0.
Measure the deceleration over the whole spin down to get an estimate of the rate at which energy leaks at any speed over the process.
Add a facility to adjust IPowerMeter implementations to account for this.
