storing and retrieving multi-line string on postresql

I have a utf-8 text string that contains line breaks \n, and I understand from PostgreSQL 9.1+ I should be able to escape it with E (see here) e.g.

UPDATE public.table 
SET long_text = E'First Line\nSecond line.' 
WHERE id = 19;

Any idea how to achieve this with DrizzleORM?
