[BUG] Panics leave hanging resources #26

Describe the bug
When a panic occurs for any reason, it leaves hanging resources in the cloud.

To Reproduce
Cause a panic - usually due to bad code but still, cause one half way through the process and see the resources hanging.

Expected behavior
Resources should be cleared up.

** Additional Info **

Use recover to run the cleanup code so that if/when a panic occurs, it at least attempts a clean up of the resources it has created.
