Describe the bug
I followed the instructions to use systemd-networkd during the initramfs to DHCP. It boots then does DHCP again with NetworkManager. It unexpectedly ends up with two IPv4 address and two IPv6 addresses.
Distribution used
Fedora 38
Dracut version
dracut-059-3.fc38.x86_64
dracut-sshd-0.6.5-1.fc38.noarch
Suggested improvements
It would be great to have a dracut-specific networkd config file in a different location than /etc/systemd/network because I don't want to use networkd during system runtime.
It would improve consistency if the network is torn down before switchroot. Thereafter NetworkManager or whatever else you want in the OS can configure things how it wants without leftover surprises.
