I am repeatedly getting service unavailable popup with error description Please contact your server administrator.

Upon pressing refresh button, it prompts Checking service hearbeat... and then error comes again.

I am using ubuntu 18 box on VPS. Got only one error while installation which was related to beautifulsoup. However, I have manually installed bs4 still getting the error.
