Upgrading with hassio

I know that upgrading homeassistant-zigate is possible with HACS.
Is there any way to upgrade with hassio ?

if you have use HACS (on hassio) to install it you can upgrade too
you could have HACS on HASSIO

I was not aware of this possibility.

As HACS is not in hassio add-on store, I suppose it has to be installed as described here.
