Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When some new things about the website is developed or any info is supposed to be given out to users, a modal pop up should appear on the front page. This could make it easier to implement changes as well, adding an "accept" button.

Currently the only way this happens is when someone sends an email or it is silently implemented.
