Feature request : urban dictionary plugin

Query format:

!ud|!urbandictionary <term>

either private or public

Result:

• Public message with link to definition
• Get a private message with the (top) description of the term

one of the above based on query method

I suggest going public unless triggered in private, otherwise others will use the trigger to see what it produced.

Most plugins already have that behaviour.
