Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to the community page.
  2. Make your browser as wide as depicted in the gif below.
  3. Click on “Upcoming Events & Meetups”

Expected results:

The arrow coming from the in-page navigation would be inside the blue content area.

Actual results:

The page isn’t scrolled down far enough.
