Reason: bower is bloating too much.

Replaced possible packages with CDN. Rest are not available from any CDNs.

Closing this as of now.

Patrial bower and partial CDN was a very bad mistake. Contents are loaded from bower.

Will handle bloat dir/files in bower_components folder by a gulp task. Ref #22
