Replace the use of SecurityManager with an alternative #55

Setting a SecurityManager is deprecated since java 17, however (as they mention in their future work) there is no alternative to intercept calls to System.exit() yet.

Once an alternative is implemented (likely when java 18 is introduced), this should replace the current use of the SecurityManager.
