Ask for confirmation when releasing feedback from evaluation

Clicking the "Release feedback" button in an evaluation does not come with a request for confirmation before the release action is done. This action can easily be reverted by clicking the "Unrelease feedback" afterwards, but is seems like asking for confirmation could avoid unwanted release of scores and feedback.

Offering easy undo instead of asking for confirmation is a UX best practice. However, it is worth investing here how notifications are handled by the undo.
