The current options for exporting are (before or after the deadline):

  • All registered students (Students who never submitted have an empty folder in the result.)
  • Only students with at least one submission (Students who never submitted will not be included in the result.)
  • Only students with at least one correct submission (Students who never submitted a correct solution will not be included in the result.)

While evaluating it happens that the teacher selects another submission.

A mock-up of how it could look like:

Thanks for creating the issue.

We had this issue open for a while, with the usecase of uploading this export in dolos. We then considered it sufficiently resolved when we added a direct detect plagiarism button. See #2503

Could you also add the usecase of why you need this? (knowing why something is needed can help us build better solutions)

A unified evaluation export proposed in #2503 that includes both the grades and the submissions seem unnecessary form me.

The two main use cases for exporting submissions used in evaluations are:

  • Plagiarism detection with MOSS and making a summary with MOSSUM. I also use Dolos, but it doesn't currently support detection plagiarism across multiple exercises.
  • Archive submissions (for inspection). I'm not sure but I think teachers in secondary education are required to archive evaluations for a year. After a quick search I found this: "De kleine en grote toetsen van alle leerlingen worden op school bewaard tot het einde van het volgende schooljaar."
