I got an error saying Permission denied.

Description

Hello.
I am a developer using a macbook pro 16 inch (2024).
I have done a data migration on my mac, but docker desktop does not start successfully.
In doing so, I got the following error.

running engine: waiting for the VM setup to be ready: preparing VM: creating disk folder /Users/iwauchi/Library/Containers/com.docker.docker/Data /vms/0/data: mkdir /Users/iwauchi: permission denied

Reproduce

Launch docker desktop for mac in the environment I ran it in.

Expected behavior

The above mentioned error should not occur and docker desktop for mac should start.

docker version

Mac info:
 Device: MacBook Pro(16 inch 2024/11)
 CPU: Apple M4 Pro
 Memory: 48GB
 Launch Disk: Macintosh HD
 Serial Number: MP2GFQHFY1
 macOS: 15.2（24C101）

Docker desktop for mac:
 Version: 4.37.1 (178610)
 Engine: 27.4.0
 Compose: v2.31.0-desktop.2
 Credential Helper: v0.8.2
 Kubernetes: v1.30.5

docker info

There is no docker information because the desktop itself is not bootable.

Additional Info

To be sure, I deleted and reinstalled the Desktop app, but the error was not resolved.
