docker error

i am stuck while installing docker on windows 8.1

it is showing error LOOKS like something went wrong in step setting env etc.

i have tried several methods like commenting out the two lines starting with eval and all the ateps suggested also i have installed it twice but unable to get the working solution. can anyone help

and i have enabled virtualization on my 64 bits os.
