Make lists of parent categories and pages clickable to proceed to Wikipedia #11

When looking at a category in the ApplicationView, it should be possible to go to the wikipedia pages for all subcategories and pages.

Maybe this is not very inuitive:
You can right-click the items in the parent categories list and pages list to proceed to Wikipedia. At least this worked for me using Ubuntu 12.10 and MacOS Lion. Right-clicking categories in the tree view and in the extraction view should also work.

I guess I am not sure how Mac OSX is supposed to be used here.
In order to achieve right click I have to press command and click?
I guess I am more used to Control plus click to see a context menu.
So command + click is standard?
(Never ever used it. So I guess it is sort of not discoverable.)

That's interesting: I always use the "two finger-click" as "secondary click" (how Apple seems to call the "right-click") which works as expected. I never use "ctrl-click" which seems to be replaced by "cmd-click" in Swing?
