    <p class="intro-text">Nashville Software School and our graduates would not be where we are without broad support from Nashville’s tech and start-up communities. We’d like you to join us on Wednesday, October 23 for <em>BBQ & Beer @ the Bistro</em> to honor how far we’ve come together and to get a look at where we’re headed.</p>
    <p>This celebration and fundraiser starts at 5:30 pm at Emma’s bistro space in the Trolley Barns complex. Gather with our fellow tech scene friends for great food and cold brews while we share our plans for the future of Nashville Software School. You’ll hear from a few graduates how NSS fast-tracked them to new careers. You’ll also get the inside word on our new capital campaign to secure and equip our own classrooms and start a night program. These next steps will help Nashville Software School, one of only two non-profit programming boot camps in the U.S., expand our ability to train entry-level software developers.</p>

    <p> Nashville’s future economy demands a healthy pipeline of fresh tech talent, and NSS home-grows new, qualified candidates to meet that demand. We have already graduated 40 junior developers and 27 more are enrolled in the cohort that graduates in March 2014.</p>
    <p>So far we’ve bootstrapped NSS with support of our founders and advisory board, plus tuition and placement fees. Now we need your help to cement Nashville Software School as a sustainable, vital component of Nashville’ growing tech-enabled economy.</p>
