There's been no updates for 3 years, what do you expect? You have the source code, fix it yourself instead of being a whiny bitch. People like you actually put developers off working on projects.

Could you tell me where the source code is? I'd love to try to fix it. Ironically it doesn't seem to be here on Github.

Curious... how is it SUPPOSED to work? I run int and select rainbow six Vegas 2, but there's no "go" button or anything? I click the gear and see the settings, but no way to apply them. It doesn't even ask me WHERE Vegas 2 IS on the system. What am I missing? (and is there a better tool to just get R6V2 working right?). Thanks for any suggestions!

Maybe like this?

Start Widescreen Fixer and select the game you wish to play. Some games provide additional configuration options and you can press the icon next to the game to configure it.
Once you have it set up start the desired game and press the asterisk key, which is the default key, to enable or disable Widescreen Fixer. You can rebind the hotkey if needed.

Woah my answer 5 years ago really exploded with reactions 😮
For those interested in fixing this, if there's any issue, as I have no idea if there is any.

Download source code, download vs2022 (or newer)
Import the project
Start debugging mode
Do what made it crash
Check whats the error, stack trace, follow the code
Try to figure out whats broken and fix it

Short guide for those who actually want to try and fix any bug with it, but dont have much experience.
Looking forwards to see WideScreenFixer updated code in here 😃
