Hello,

Is there an obvious way to control the level of difficulty (or level of intelligence of the AI) ? (beside reducing the game FPS in the launcher start option)

I'm stuck in the middle of the NG+ campaign for almost 1 month now (see screenshots), and I can't defeat both guardians, nor finish the bonus levels.

Is there an official or secret way to set the difficulty level that i missed in the wiki ?

EDIT : i'm running keeperfx_1_2_0_complete on Linux using Wine btw.

EDIT : related to #2926

NG+ is a bit harder than the original game, still considered a quite easy campaign. If you want an easier version, you play the original campaign version.

Buffy Oak has two keepers who together would give you a hard time defeating them head on for sure. Using some smarts will help a lot. Important here is that you can defeat one keeper, without the other keeper being drawn into the fight. One way to do so is to bridge to the west, take the increase level special and fight green there far away from the blue creatures. Convert their units and use them to defeat blue.

The secret level is a bit tricky for sure too. The trick is that you can mark dirt to be dug to direct imps to where you want them to be and make sure as many high level imps as possible are killed by boulders, and then the hellhound you release always has imps to kill.

Well, i guess i should probably stop treating my creatures like pets and send them out of the nest a little bit faster instead ...

OK : VICTORY
I was too slow.
To much baby-care with the creatures.
