Doesn't respect the version attribute when phar is the install method #9

When using a phar as the install method the specified version is not respected.

You should be able to download a version of the phar. Viewing the phar's listed here the URL takes the form of https://phar.phpunit.de/phpunit-5.0.3.phar, therefore it should be trivial to include the version in the URL.
