Recompilation of libdbus-sys triggered on every cargo build

my crate has the crate btleplug as a dependency which has libdbus-sys as a dependency. every time i i change a minor thing in my crate's code and run cargo build, the libdbus-sys crate and crates that have it as a dependency are recompiled.

it doesn't seem like this is necessary

Also does it make a difference if the vendored feature is used or not?
