Is FAT32 or exFAT formatted ?

Check this. Use GUI FAT32 Format (guiformat) to init your sd card.

Size of my SDCard is 1GB.
I format it using FAT32 via Mac's terminal:

diskutil earseVolume FAT32 name /Volumes/SDCARD

But I will buy a bigger SDCard, are you sure loadiine support exFAT format?

In loadiine menu, 0 games found, but I can press up and down to move the cursor, is that right?

When I press Y, it crashed:

Exception type DSI occurred!

xxxxxyyyyyyy

STACK DUMP:

0x11DD5E4

CODE DUMP:

xxxxxxxyyyyyy

It crashed cause you chose to launch nothing probably.

The SDCard must be Fat32 AFAIK. And if you can, probably MBR the SDCard if it's GPT. That's what mine is currently.

When should I insert Nintendo Super Star Brow DISC?
I haven't this DISC yet, is game list require this DISC?

Not if using the correct (latest) version. However, compatibility is different between boot options.
