v1.1.0 - Merge RackN and Community Content

This release merges in some of the RackN content into the Community content and creates a Contrib content packages as well.

This is validated with the v3.2.0 release of DRP.

v1.0.0 - Separation of Concerns

With this release, we split the content out of provision into a base set of simple validated pieces.

The items are published as a content yaml that is downloaded by install.sh. The yaml can also be imported through the drpcli.

First release of versioned content

This is the start of versioned content. This will move quickly initially.
