Feil navnerom i Asic-e signature xml fila #180

I Digital post til innbyggere benyttes følgende navnerom i XSD, eksempelfiler og signatures.xml file generert fra javabiblioteket:

´´´http://uri.etsi.org/2918/v1.2.1#´´´

I standarden som man lenker til på http://begrep.difi.no: http://www.etsi.org/deliver/etsi_ts/102900_102999/102918/01.03.01_60/ts_102918v010301p.pdf
benyttes følgende navnerom:

´´´http://uri.etsi.org/02918/v1.2.1#´´´

EU benytter i Digital Signature Service (DSS) i eSignature Building Block korrekt:
https://github.com/esig/dss/blob/0226e208251b333c3773d81f8d62a31034150cb8/dss-spi/src/main/java/eu/europa/esig/dss/ASiCNamespaces.java

Fedict (Belgia) benytter feil i sitt prosjekt eid-applet:
https://code.google.com/p/eid-applet/source/browse/trunk/eid-applet-service-signer/src/main/resources/ts_102918v010101.xsd

Feil navnerom har også forplantet seg til innleveringsløsningen:
https://github.com/difi/asic/blob/master/src/main/xsd/ts_102918v010201.xsd

kan ikke finne noen på hvor utgaven med galt navnerom kommer fra, men dette bør ihvertfall ryddes opp i.
