Consider running automatic linking to Zotero items with any citation adding method

When citations are synced from Wikidata, cited items are automatically linked to Zotero items, if applicable. However, this behavior does not occur in other ways of adding citations, such as when manually adding individual citations, or when importing citations from text or file. In these cases, the "Auto link citations" action must be used.

The behavior should be consistent across different ways of adding citations.
