Currently in the LAD page, the provider table on left is not selectable.

It would be nice if users could make provider selections from this, that then populate the provider search above and filter the rest of the page.

Can copy the approach from the provider breakdowns tab.

Might have some reactivity fun with everything filtering everything so not an easy one to undertake...
