We need to set up analytics and cookies so treating as a bug / something that we have to fix.

ID to use for this app is G-0PDKH604B2, should be able to follow the guidance on dfeshiny on adding the cookies functions.

Spotted some issues with this and bslib, think we need to do some fixing on the dfeshiny side to resolve dfe-analytical-services/dfeshiny#53 first before we can then add it in here.
