OS Initial Configuration (Ubuntu-Debian)

This role setup OS with some basic configuration:

Update and Upgrade
Enable Auto-Completion Bash
Config TimeZone & NTP
Set Some public sysctl configuration by the role
Install & Config Zabbix-Agent2 by the role
