How soon will bettercms support .netcore? #1538

I have used bettercms in a few asp.net hybrid website/application projects, integration with those is great, we are moving our framework to .net core and wondering how soon bettercms will support .net core?

Given no one is responding to posts and there's been no development in a year my guess is not soon if at all. It appears the only .NET Core cms for now is Orchard2.
