Filament v3 upgrade

Are you planning to upgrade to filament v3?
I could be of some help. I already have ideas of how we could implement new Panels (Project, Project Settings, Administration...)

Why not Nova over Filament?

This is an open source project, and with nova you need to have a license. It's much faster to develop it in nova but it will not server the same purpose.
