우측 상단의 아이콘에 마우스 커서를 올렸을 때 간단한 애니메이션이나 또는 다른 방법으로 어떤 아이콘이고 어떤 기능인지 설명을 해줄 수 있는 요소가 있으면 합니다.

의견 감사합니다 @hjyoon1540 님 :) 저도 줄곧 필요하다고 생각한 요소였는데, 고민해보고 적용해보도록 하겠습니다!
