Some posts are not making it to block

It's weird but I have recently came upon an issue where SUBMIT_POST transactions aren't making to block.

for example there is this postHashHex: 4e7bdef3d4c46afe64fc1d97aa154b8135f64ef8a5f16d5f7935dda5ca831ceb which showed all post info through the API for few minutes but now the api is returning

Yes, i am 100% sure that the post was successfully submitted using /submit-transaction endpoint.
