setup_env.bat file not installing

the latest python is installed (3.7.3) and environment variables are also set for python.exe folder and scripts folder. but still the setup_env.bat file wont install. Also tried python 2.7.16

It uses python 2.x Maybe that is the reason

i did try with 2.7.16 but with no luck, is there a specific version i should install?

ok i had to delete the 3.7.3 version. that fixed it
