2. Complete work and prepare for 1/14/2024 collab cycle for 5103 and Claim Certification release readiness

6. Understand the ins and outs of providing a copy of a Veteran's submission upon confirmation - Tech discovery work

7. Introduce a new "submitted" email to be sent immediately after claim submission. This immediate confirmation will help Veterans feel confident their claim was received and provide them with essential reference information.
