User Story

As the Managers and Developers of the VA Platform,
We need to assess the current conditions of the APIs and endpoints that we are responsible for,
So that we can adhere to OCTO's effort to have better notifications in the event that a veteran is blocked

Issue Description

Per the OCTO prioritization initiation announced at ToT on 9/3/2024. OCTO needs a more consistent way of tracking when monitors are alerted, signaling that there are issues for consumers (the Veterans).

Success Metrics

That we have identified all endpoints and updated them to point to DataDog as necessary.

Acceptance Criteria

• There will be consistent treatment and tracking of all endpoints and APIs on the VA Platform.
