Background
On April 22, Kyle MacMillan (VA Notify team) notified me of a high error rate for outbound email notifications related to direct deposit update.
This issue was caused by my changes in PR #16357.
Cause
An email template is selected based on a template type parameter. An incorrect parameter was being passed in for C&P.
Fix
Fix was applied on April 22 in PR #16437
