I have this PR to create a new module in the monolith for the IVC ChampVa forms (/team). Everything is passing and looks great but I'm getting the
dangergit-bot comment blocking it from being merged. I don't see a way to comfortably break this up into a bunch of PRS. Do we think we can overlook thedangersince it's completely in its own module? Thanks in advancedepartment-of-veterans-affairs/vets-api#16091
