Intro: New Sign In Pattern + Content

Background

With digital submission out, we'd like to update the Appoint Introduction page, to promote digital submission as a value for signing into VA.gov.

There's also a new sign in pattern out, so we can take this opportunity to refresh the page design and meet the new design pattern standards.

Changes to call out..

• Updated content and styling for the top Representative Status Widget sign in alert (unauth users only)
• Updated content for Step 1
• Updated content for Step 3
• Updated content for the bottom sign in alert

Tasks

• Update the Introduction page to match the new design pattern for unauthenticated users
• Confirm the Introduction page matches the new design pattern for authenticated users
• Unit tests

Acceptance Criteria

• Our Appoint Introduction page now promotes digital submission.
• Our Appoint Introduction page now adheres to the latest sign in pattern.
