• Value Prop: Ensure the address information is correct for requesting Air Force military records, as well as mailing Air Force discharge papers for review so that Veterans requests are processed in a timely manner and aren't lost when sent to the incorrect locations.

• Value Prop: Ensure Veteran's visual experience in VA.gov doesn't degrade by updating icons to va-icon that are currently using Font Awesome. The ticket below is an Epic, all tickets are currently in progress.. Note: We may also take on some design tickets for the Facilities team if needed. Josh and Randi will swarm on the Design update tickets.
