Description

This issue is intended to cover the work of fleshing this out into a more descriptive, more informative draft.

Acceptance Criteria

  • UX-specific portion of the runbook has been drafted.
  • PM/DM/PO have reviewed the draft and approved it.
  • Draft has been saved in Confluence.

Tasks

  • Review the runbook outline draft.
  • Flesh out the sections as appropriate to convey the necessary information.
  • House the Draft content in Confluence.
