Requirements

We want Google Analytics included in our pages, so that our Analytics team can gain insights about Veteran behavior on va.gov.

Acceptance criteria

Preview Give feedback

1. Google Analytics includes are added and load appropriately for a given build environment
2. Basic analytics information reaches our Google Analytics instances with the vagovdev environment specified
3. If possible, confirm Medallia events reach Google Analytics for vagovdev
4. Confirm recordEvent calls reach Google Analytics
5. US Gov analytics include requests successfully
6. Determine if HTML authentication file to Google is necessary
