Description

This is a placeholder issue for a next step outlined by Eli in Monitoring for

Background

It is difficult to find errors on Facility pages on Sentry as there is no good way to do pattern searches for URLs. We may be able to pass signals from Sentry to DataDog where we can search for patterns and improve alerting.
