• This is the ticket to create the pre-launch sitewide alert that will go up on the CMS before the Drupal 10 update. Use the plan created in ticket Create plan for D10 Announcement using Sitewide Alerts #15862 to schedule this sitewide alert.
• Drupal 10 launch date has been determined to be 11/29/2023

Acceptance Criteria

• Pre-launch banner alert has been created using the required criteria completed in Create plan for D10 Announcement using Sitewide Alerts #15862
• Pre-launch banner alert is deployed on 11/20/2023
• Pre-launch banner alert has been QA/Reviewed by Product or Delivery before 11/20/2023 deploy date

Great work, Blake. I made some slight changes to the text:
Beginning November 29, you will see enhancements to rich text editors in the CMS. These authoring experience improvements are a part of the Drupal 10 upgrade. Stay tuned for more information.
