Knowledge Base jumping off points: As a new user of the knowledge base, I want the landing page to give me a starting point and show me how to find what I need easily, so I'm not confused and can use it effectively.
Improved navigation experience: As a KB user, I want the layout of the left navigation menu within the knowledge base to be improved so that I can easily locate the articles and information I need.
Relevant content for different needs: As an editor with specific needs, I want the landing page of the knowledge base to display articles that are immediately relevant to my focus areas so I can quickly find pertinent information, boosting my confidence in the KB’s usefulness.
