Description

Followup to #13984.

Determine which events and metrics should be reported but currently are not that can provide meaningful information about delivery performance.

See discussion in this thread. Troy's currently tracking some of these, but we should automate so he doesn't have to.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The above has been determined and documented in this thread.
  • Followup issue(s) opened to implement reporting for the events and metrics we would like to add.
